Calling all Vegetarians, Vegans and Nutrition Minded Folks from Carroll, Grayson, Patrick
Calling all Vegetarians, Vegans and Healthy Nutrition Minded Folk from Carroll, Grayson, Patrick Counties, VA, Surry County NC and surrounding areas.
Hello Everyone from Floyd, VA to Mount Airy NC and all points in-between. I'm considering starting a group similar to those you find on meetup, for those of us in the area who would like to meet once a month or so, to talk about our nutrition, health and share our struggles, with a emphasis on a vegan, vegetarian, or near vegetarian lifestyle. Would anyone be interested in A. Joining an online group (free to all) and or B. Getting together every month or two, probably near Hillsville, Galax, Mt Airy, Floyd... bringing a veggie or vegan dish to share and discussing how we can improve our health and support one another? There are already groups like this in Blacksburg, Roanoke and Winston but I'd love to start one in our own backyard.
